Your Rights as an Injured Worker

What You're Entitled To
If you're injured at work in Queensland, you have the right to see a GP of your choice, have reasonable treatment costs covered, and receive a certificate of capacity if you're unable to work.

What to Bring
Your employer's name and ABN, the date and description of your injury, your WorkCover claim number if lodged, and any paperwork from your employer or WorkCover.
