Our Approach

Personalised, Not Prescriptive
We do not offer one-size-fits-all advice. Your GP takes time to understand your health history, what you have already tried, and what is realistic for your lifestyle before building a plan with you.

Whole-Person Care
Weight is connected to sleep, stress, hormones, chronic disease, and mental health. We look at all of these — and refer to dietitians, exercise physiologists, and psychologists under a TCA where appropriate.
Could Medication Help You?

When Medication Is Considered
Your GP may discuss weight management medications if lifestyle changes alone have not been sufficient and you meet eligibility criteria based on BMI and health history. Medications are not a first step — they work best alongside dietary and activity changes.

What to Expect
Medications are prescribed and monitored carefully. Your GP reviews your response at regular intervals, adjusts doses as needed, and will discontinue if they are not working or cause side effects. Note: these are private prescriptions and are not PBS-subsidised for weight management.
