Simona provides compassionate, person-centred psychological support for children, adolescents, and adults, creating a safe and collaborative space for meaningful growth and healing. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and interpersonal therapies, she supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties. Simona has a particular interest in risk assessment, self-harm, and suicide prevention, with a strong focus on helping individuals build resilience and lasting positive change.

With a strong focus on building trust and rapport, Simona works closely with people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring each individual feels comfortable, heard, and respected throughout their therapeutic journey. She values open communication, feedback, and a person-centred approach, tailoring care with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
Simona is trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy, allowing her to provide highly individualised support based on each client’s needs.
She has experience supporting clients through a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, interpersonal concerns, and crisis management, with a particular clinical interest in risk assessment and support related to self-harm and suicide prevention.
